How to share my collections with my colleagues?
Note: If you share a collection with a colleague from another region or province who does not follow the same curriculum as you, some activities may not be available to them. These will appear in grey in their collection once copied.
You can share a collection with your colleagues so they can use it with their own students. This process is different from sharing with students.
- First, click on the three-dot icon and then click on Share.
- Select the Share with colleagues tab and click on Generate a shareable link.
- Copy the link so you can send it to your colleague.
Important: The generated URL and the URL in the browser's address bar for the collection are not the same.
The URL link can be sent to any teacher, even at a different school, as long as they have a subscription.
Please note that collections are not collaborative, and sharing only creates a copy of a collection. Changes made to the original collection will not be reflected in the shared and copied version. You will need to re-share it in order to provide the updated version to your colleagues, who will then need to copy it again.
