How to share my collections with my colleagues?

How to share my collections with my colleagues?

Note: If you share a collection with a colleague in another region or province, they might not have access to all the activities if they are not in the same curriculum as you. These activities will appeared greyed out in their copied collection.

It is possible to share one or more collections with your colleagues, so that they can use it with their own students. The process for sharing a collection with colleagues is different from the one used to share with students.

Here is the procedure for sending your collection to a colleague:

First you click on the three dots and then you select Share and then clicking the Share with colleagues tab.

And then you select Copy the generated link and send it to the relevant colleague.

Important: The generated URL and the URL from the browser bar are not the same thing.

The URL link can be shared with any teacher. This includes a colleague working in a different school, provided that they are a subscriber.

Note that collections are not collaborative and sharing only allows the recipient to create a copy of a collection from another user. If the original creator of the collection modifies it, the changes will not be reflected in the shared and copied version. They will have to share it again in order to provide the new version of the collection, so that it can be copied again.

Restriction

To make the generated URL link inaccessible, the user must contact us.

Students will not be able to view the URL link. Teachers must duplicate the collection and manually share it with students for it to appear in their Collections section.
