How to reset your password ?

NotesStudent Account: To reset a password, you must have an email address registered to your account. If not, ask your teacher — they can change your password for you.
WarningIMPORTANT: Many school networks and school boards do not allow students to receive external emails. So even if a student has an email address linked to their account, they may still be unable to reset their password. In that case, their teacher will need to do it for them.

If you’ve forgotten your password, select the Forgot Password option on the login page.

Then:

1. Enter the email address linked to your account.

2. Click Send Link.



You will receive a confirmation email with a link to a page where you can enter a new password. You’ll then be able to log in.

If you don’t receive the email, check your junk/spam folder in your email app, or add succesclient@scolab.com to your contacts and request the email again.
