How do you transfer one student from one class to the other ?
If a 1st and 2nd grade elementary student needs to be transferred to a higher-grade class due to an error, please contact us at customersuccess@scolab.com.
For transferring a student from one class to another, within the 1st and 2nd grade elementary cycle, the procedure below applies.
Please make sure to give the student the new class code once the transfer is complete.
A teacher can transfer an activated student from one class in their school to another class within the same school.
Select Manage classes from the homepage.
Go to the class where you'll find the student to be moved.
In the student list, click on the three dots to the right of the student's entry and select the option Move to another classroom.
This action will take you to the screen shown below, where you simply choose the group to which the student should be transferred, then confirm by clicking the Confirm button.
