How do I change the password associated with my parent account?


Note that this procedure applies to the parent profile linked to the Netmath family subscription.
In the Child account, children cannot change their passwords but they can still have fun (see below).

Go to the MY ACCOUNT section by clicking on your avatar in the top bar:


 
In the MY ACCOUNT menu, select the CHANGE PASSWORD option to make the change.



Remember to save the information once modified.

A friendly reminder: the MY ACCOUNT button also allows you to:

Change your name and email (parent account)
Change your character (all accounts)
Change your language and wallpaper (all accounts)
